We celebrate the fall and winter months with the best foods of Mother Earth, starting with a "Passage to India" in October. Flavourful curry dishes prepared with traditional spices, herbs, fresh meats and vegetables. November the Duke's chef prepares the flavourful dishes of France's southern most region with a "Night in Provence". December it's the fairy-tale land of golden temples and the lovingly spiced dishes of "Thailand" to warm the heart and inspire the soul.

January we jump on the culinary magic carpet and touch down in Morocco for "Casablanca Night" and the hardy fare of the tribes of North African desert. February we sail over to Spain for the final dinner event aptly named "Viva España". The gastronomical event takes place at the threshold of spring. Enjoy tastes influenced by centuries of Spanish/Moorish rule. It's an exciting way to end the dinner Nights at Duke of Marysburgh.
