Just as each province of France has it's own specialties made from ingredients found in the region, the Duke's French chef uses locally grown produce in all her country cuisine dishes when available. In season, we serve pickerel fillets using our secret seasoning. Our meals are accompanied by seasonal vegetables delicately prepared using flavorful herbs from the chef's own garden. We also have delicious home made pies and cakes and decadent cheesecakes which taste even better with our special Caribbean blend coffee - perfect to end your delicious meal!

From October onwards, the Duke has specially created culinary nights featuring dishes from around the world. The Duke's chef skillfully prepares exotic meat and vegetarian dishes from North Africa, South and East Asia. Please call for details.
